After coming back to their old neighborhood in Harlem for the funeral of a beloved community activist and nun, Sister Rose, these grief-stricken mourners have another thing to stress over: her body has been stolen. This dark comedy features twelve heroically tragic characters from a racist, alcoholic, double amputee priest to a lawyer desperately trying to hide his homosexuality from his friends. The characters, motivated by pain and grief, all have to deal with each other and their past sins.
